Ricky Ghoshal | MBA 23
Investment Banking Associate
Evercore
Haas has been very successful in helping internship-seekers land fantastic opportunities with top-notch investment banks. This is in no small part due to the efforts of CMG and the broader programming in place to support the process. I am very happy with the outcome of my internship search and decided to pay it forward by serving as a Peer Advisor during my second year. After graduation, I joined Evercore on the healthcare team.

McKinsey & Company
My most valuable recruiting strategies were authentic networking and utilizing CMG to its fullest potential. I will be the first to admit that I don’t enjoy networking. However, I knew it was a necessary step to get consulting interviews, so I dove in head first and treated it as a learning opportunity. I signed up for all Haas-sponsored company coffee chats and also reached out to personal acquaintances working at my target companies. Before each coffee chat, I spent time on LinkedIn and the company website to develop targeted questions. It all worked out for me. I spent my summer at McKinsey and returned there upon graduation in 2023.
Who Hires Haas?
CMG works with all students to support them in their search for meaningful and rewarding work. The Class of 2024 continued to focus heavily on Consulting, Financial Services, and Technology, our top three industries, and three months out from graduation, 86% had received a full-time offer.
